Sales functions: support our customers on a daily basis
In direct contact with our customers, our sales teams relay our ambition: to promote the best magnesium solutions in our fields of application. To do this, they are both present in the field – listening to concerns and expectations – and in direct contact with the various teams that make up Terresis.
They are also proactive in making proposals, not hesitating to be bold in opening-up new markets and identifying key improvements.
What are we looking for?
Passionate, autonomous and persevering salespeople, with a real sense of responsibility and able to perfectly master the technical subtleties of our innovative solutions. Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Area Manager… Depending on the project, your experience and personality will make all the difference.

“Since my arrival at Terresis Agriculture in October 2022 as Zone Manager LATAM, my journey has been marked by several developments. In December 2023, I took charge of the Americas zone, thus covering North America and LATAM. After an integration period in Dinard, I moved to Bogota until May 2025, before returning to Saint-Malo where I am currently based.
What motivates me at Terresis are the daily challenges, customer satisfaction, excellent relationships with our clients and colleagues, as well as the headquarters’ infrastructure and quality of life. Technique and marketing: promote the best magnesium solutions
The Technical and Marketing team supports the development of high-performance, sustainable and safe solutions in our four application areas. From the development of a new formulation to the marketing of a product, including application tests, it has one mission: to reveal the potential of magnesia, while reconciling performance and durability.
To meet this ambition, the Technical and Marketing team covers a wide range of skills: scientific and technical expertise, regulatory affairs, marketing and communication strategy, etc. The diversity of profiles and the complementarity of skills contribute to the development of solutions adapted to the needs of today and tomorrow.
What are we looking for?
Dynamic and creative talents, with a strong appetite for technical and scientific fields. Being endowed with a team spirit and an analytical capacity is essential to become a Product Manager, Engineer or Research Associate, Laboratory Technician or Regulatory Affairs Officer within Terresis.
Supply chain: anticipate our customers' needs
In charge of developing, deploying and optimizing material flows, the Supply-Chain teams are the guarantors of the quality of the products delivered and the respect of deadlines, all over the world. They are a pillar of the organization where it is not uncommon to meet very tight deadlines.
Our employees are divided between Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and Sales Administration in order to optimize the entire supply chain. From the referencing of new suppliers to the carrying out of an audit allowing the renewal of certifications, including the management of stocks and the follow-up of orders, nothing should be left to chance.
What are we looking for?
Whether you are a supply chain expert or not, the service offers multiple career opportunities. However, it is essential to be rigorous, reliable, able to analyze and optimize processes, without forgetting to demonstrate a strong sense of communication.

At Terresis, the Administrative and Financial Department (CFO) plays a central role in the organization and strategy of the company. It supports operational, commercial and industrial departments by providing them with reliable information, and by providing strategic analyses and decision-making tools. The goal: to identify best practices and performance optimization levers.
Supervision of administrative management, definition of the risk management strategy, dissemination of the cash culture… The CFO is THE business partner who secures the development of Terresis.
The Human Resources team is a true partner for managers and all employees. It supports Terresis in its development by conducting an ambitious recruitment policy and ensuring the proper integration of each employee. His leitmotif: to place people at the heart of concerns and to make dialogue the key to success.
Always with proposals, the communication department participates in the deployment of our marketing strategy and highlights our solutions in order to better reveal the full potential of magnesia.
What are we looking for?
Curious, analytical and committed profiles, capable of evolving in a stimulating environment where performance is combined with rigor and strategic vision. Having followed a high-level training and/or having built up solid professional experience are undeniably an asset to become an International Financial Controller, Management Controller, Credit Manager, Accountant or Treasurer.
We are also attentive to personalities who demonstrate a capacity for conviction, dynamism and great creativity to become a communications officer within Terresis. Interpersonal skills, listening skills and empathy are also essential qualities if you want to join the HR department as a Recruitment Officer, HR Assistant or Training Officer.

With its integrated mines and plants, Terresis has an industrial capital composed of high-performance equipment on several continents. Driven by constant growth, our production and maintenance teams are in search of continuous improvement. They are the ones who take and process the raw material to reveal its full potential.
From drilling operations to product bagging and selecting exceptional ore, they operate in larger-than-life and particularly demanding environments.
What are we looking for?
Employees with a team spirit and a great ability to adapt and react. Rigor and the ability to communicate are also necessary to evolve in an environment where every detail counts, and to become an Engineer, Quality Technician, Maintenance Technician, Operations Manager, Mine Operator, Safety Technician or Production Supervisor within Terresis.
