Junior Sales Manager / Business Development F/M

Within the Industrial Applications BU of Terresis, your role will be to take charge of identifying development opportunities in our various business sectors (Manufacturing industries, Chemistry, Ciment & Construction, Life Science, etc.).
Your main missions will be :
· Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends ;
· Support sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities ;
· Assist in developing customer accounts and partnerships, helping maintain relationships with existing clients ;
· Contribute to the preparation of sales offers, quotations, and tender documentation with accuracy and professionalism ;
· Follow up on incoming leads, inquiries, and proposals while ensuring consistent updates in the sales pipeline ;
· Coordinate customer communication via email, phone, and meetings, and support the organization of customer visits and industry events ;
· Collaborate with technical, logistics, and operations teams to facilitate smooth order processing and gather relevant market feedback ;
· Maintain up-to-date CRM records and support reporting activities while representing the company professionally, including occasional travel within Europe.
